Terms of Use for Runts

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Tinker Media LLC ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the mobile application Runts (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Runts offers paid subscriptions for premium content and features.
• Billing is handled by Apple or Google through your app store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You may cancel subscriptions through your app store settings.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Copy, distribute, or modify content without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers)

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Runts, including audio stories, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Tinker Media LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Content License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinker Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tinker Media LLC from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
