TinkerMedia LLC ("TinkerMedia," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Rooky mobile application ("Rooky" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our information practices when you use Rooky.
1. Information We Collect
Rooky does not collect personal information or other user data.
Rooky does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, telephone number, address, or other personal information in order to use the App.
Rooky also does not collect or transmit device identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise or approximate location information, analytics data, crash reports, usage statistics, or similar information.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Rooky allows you to create, customize, and save scorecards for use while playing games. Scorecards and the information associated with them are stored locally on your device.
This locally stored information is not transmitted to TinkerMedia or to a Rooky server. TinkerMedia does not have access to the scorecards you save on your device.
3. How We Use Information
Because Rooky does not collect or transmit user information, TinkerMedia does not use personal information for advertising, analytics, profiling, personalization, or other commercial purposes.
The information you create in Rooky is used by the App on your device to provide the scorecard functionality you request.
4. Information Sharing and Selling
TinkerMedia does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Rooky does not transmit user-created scorecards or other user information to third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
Rooky does not use third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, tracking, or similar services that collect information from Rooky users.
Rooky's distribution through an app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, is subject to the applicable app store's own privacy practices and policies. Those platforms may collect information independently of Rooky when you use their services. Such collection is controlled by the applicable platform and not by Rooky.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
TinkerMedia does not maintain a database of Rooky user information because Rooky does not collect or transmit such information.
Scorecards created in Rooky are stored locally on your device. You can remove locally stored Rooky data using the deletion or reset functionality provided by the App, where available, or by removing the App from your device. The exact behavior of local storage deletion may depend on your device's operating system.
7. Children's Privacy
Rooky is intended for a general audience and is not directed exclusively toward children. Because Rooky does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
8. Data Security
Rooky does not transmit user information to TinkerMedia or a Rooky server. Accordingly, there is no TinkerMedia-held user database containing Rooky user information to protect.
You are responsible for the security of your device and any information stored locally on it, including using the device's available security features.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Rooky's functionality, data practices, or applicable legal requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this policy and publish the revised policy at the same location.
